Why We Built This Site
Arkansas does not provide one public, statewide warrant database. CourtConnect can reveal public docket events, but it is a case-search service rather than a complete, real-time warrant list. In Sevier County, felony case records begin with Circuit Clerk Kathy Smith, misdemeanor and traffic matters generally begin with the De Queen District Court, and sheriff-held service information belongs with the Sheriff's Office. Bringing these distinct access routes together reduces the risk of treating one result as a complete countywide answer.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant lookups: how to run a warrant search by name and date of birth through the sheriff and the courts
- Outstanding warrants: how to check for active warrants and what an "active" status actually means
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which court holds them
- Charge-based warrants: how arrest warrants are issued and served in Sevier County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to an Arkansas court, sheriff's office, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Outside providers operate search boxes shown on some pages and decide their own prices, practices, and result contents. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this guide. We neither control those services nor represent their results as an official warrant confirmation.
